Mrs.Carr

This is Mrs. Carr’s third year teaching.  Mrs.Carr likes to hike, backpack, garden, work on crafts, decorate, fish, hunt,  and play with her nieces and nephews.

Class:

Algebra I-Algebra  is the foundation for all  higher-level math courses. This course emphasizes problem solving and  applications. It is designed to teach students fundamental mathematical concepts  through the use of variables. Various methods will be incorporated to extend the  student’s ability to reason and think critically in the application of their  knowledge. Algebra 1 should prepare students for the higher-level thinking  skills required in more advanced math and science courses. At the end of the  year, students will take the Algebra 1 end of course exam required by the state.
