Hello! My name is Kathryn Christopher, and I am the Library Media Specialist for the Potosi High School. My education career began at John Evans Middle School in Potosi, Missouri, where I taught English Language Arts and Reading Strategies for 10 years. I then moved into the Business Department and taught Business classes for several additional years. I then transferred to the high school as the Library Media Specialist. I have worked in education in a variety of positions including academic adviser for Hawaii Pacific University. I graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a Masters in Secondary Educational Administration. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University and my secondary teaching certification through Central Methodist University. I have had the opportunity to become certified in middle and secondary English Language Arts, Business Education, Middle school Mathematics, and Library Media Specialist. I am a lifelong learner and currently Google Certified. u003cbru003eu003cbru003eFamily: I am married to my wonderful husband of 28 years, Deion Christopher. He is an IT Manager for the City of Arnold and enjoys working with computers. I have two wonderful children, Julia Christopher who attends Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri in pursuit of an education degree, and Drew Christopher a junior at North County High School. I attribute every opportunity I have been given to my Holy Father.
