My name is Becka Hess and I have been a teacher at the alternative school for 5 years. I went to college at College of Ozarks for 2 years then switched to an online program due to being home sick. Western Governors University is where I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts with a SPED Mild to Moderate and Elementary Education 1-6th . I love working outdoors, yard work, hunting, fishing, art, and music. Farmer girl from Wisconsin originally, and ended up in Missouri in my high school years. I am good at Math and Science and I hate English content. I was in the SPED program myself when I was in school for Dyslexia, ADHD, and Learning Impairment in ELA. So I can relate to students who struggle with school. I struggle. It’s real for me too. I am used to a busy life with being a mom of 4 children. I am married to my amazing husband David, who is from Switzerland, Yep Switzerland. We met on a Street Mission Trip in Las Vegas and no not married in Las Vegas. We now both left Switzerland and Wisconsin to settle in Potosi, Missouri. I am open for more tutoring if High Schoolers are in need too.
