PE is a required semester course that covers wide variety of team, dual, individual and multicultural sports. In addition to athletics, conditioning and weight training will reinforce wellness concepts. Weight Training is an advanced P.E class that offers a chance for athletes and students to get better in the weight room and use it as a class for school as well.
