Writing units focus on paragraph and essay development while also addressing issues in usage and mechanics. Reading units focus on world literature.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Composition III:<\/strong> This required course, designed for all juniors, builds on skills learned in Composition 2. Writing units focus on the four modes of writing and include a formal research project. Usage, mechanics, rhetorical skills and vocabulary strategies are also reviewed.
