Students are expected to construct competition robots and develop a understanding of robotics programming.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Biology II-<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Recommended Prerequisite: 1 Unit of Biology<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Grade Level: 11-12<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Advanced Biology is designed for college-bound students who are interested in potentially pursuing a career in the sciences or health services. This year-long course can be taken for dual enrollment through Mineral Area College, where it will be equivalent to a five-hour science course with a lab.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<strong>Physical Science-<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Grade Level: 11-12<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Students are expected to have a limited background in subjects mentioned and have a basic understanding of mathematics.
